1.1 Minimum Age

To open an account on the 365bet platform and take part in any betting or casino activity, you must be at least 21 years old. All services on this platform are strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.

At registration or at any stage, 365bet may request an identity document or other supporting documents for age verification. 365bet reserves the right to restrict the account until verification is complete.

1.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person or household is prohibited. If evidence of multiple accounts is found, 365bet reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any funds held in them.

2.1 Registration Information

Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory when opening an account on 365bet. Registering with incorrect, false, or another person's identity will result in the account being suspended or closed. Any changes to your information must be updated in your account without delay.

2.2 Password and Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) completely confidential. You should not share this information with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact the 365bet support team immediately.

The account holder is responsible for all activity that takes place on the account. 365bet is not liable for any loss resulting from misuse of an account or access by a third party.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

For security and fraud prevention purposes, 365bet may initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time. This may include a request for a national identity card, birth registration certificate or similar documents. 365bet reserves the right to hold withdrawals or restrict the account if the required documents are not provided in time.

Deposits on 365bet can currently be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳500.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are normally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless 365bet approves an alternative. Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.

3.3 Source of Funds

Users must confirm that deposited funds come entirely from legitimate sources. If funds are identified as connected to money laundering or any other illegal financial activity, 365bet reserves the right to suspend the account and notify the relevant authorities.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

365bet offers new users a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. To receive the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before any withdrawal can be made.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash directly. Winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonuses must be used only for genuine and regular play. 365bet reserves the right to cancel a bonus if an attempt is made to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets, hedging, or exploiting the bonus system.

4.3 Terms of Promotional Offers

Each promotional offer may have its own specific terms, which will be stated separately on the relevant offer page. Once a specified offer period ends, it will automatically expire. 365bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

A bet is only valid when it has been successfully recorded in the system. If a bet is not properly recorded due to a lost connection, page load error or any other reason, it will not be considered valid.

Bets are settled based on the result of the match or event. In the event of a dispute over a result, the decision of 365bet is final.

5.2 Odds Changes

If odds change before a bet is confirmed, 365bet has the right to accept the bet at the new odds or cancel it. If incorrect odds are displayed, bets placed at those odds may be cancelled.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets based on information related to cheating or match fixing
• Using bots or automated software to place bets
• Taking advantage of platform technical errors to make abnormal profits
• Using another person's account to place bets
• Syndicate betting or group fraudulent activity

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed and any funds held will be forfeited.

6.1 VIP Tiers

365bet has four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Moving up to a higher tier depends on the user's play history and activity.

6.2 Cashback Calculation

Weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the total net loss for the week (total staked minus total winnings). If there is no net loss in a week, cashback will not apply.

7.1 Use of Personal Information

7.2 Data Sharing

365bet reserves the right to change, add to or remove any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify users via their account or other means. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.

10.3 Severability

If any part of these Terms becomes unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will continue in full effect. The unenforceability of one part will not affect the Terms as a whole.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the specific terms of each promotional offer together form the entire agreement between 365bet and the user. Any promises or representations made previously, whether verbally or in writing, are superseded by this agreement.
